Icebound acquires pcSKOG
Weibull M&A has acted as financial advisor to Giscom, the previous owner of pcSKOG, in connection with the transaction.
Icebound, a part of Addnode Group, has acquired pcSKOG in Lund, Sweden. pcSKOG is a SaaS company that strengthens Icebound's position and offers digital solutions for the forest industry. The company's net sales amount to SEK 10 million.
pcSKOG is the market leader in digital forestry plans. The proprietary software offered by the company is an important strategic tool used throughout the life cycle of the forest, for everything from planning forestry measures to certifications, financial management, valuation and sales.
“We are very pleased that pcSKOG is now part of Icebound. With their long experience and good knowledge in the forest industry, we look forward to being able to offer the market's best solutions to even more customers,” says Staffan Bygdén, CEO of Icebound, a company in Addnode Group's Process Management division.
pcSKOG will become part of Addnode Group's Process Management division and will be consolidated from April 2025.
