Skeppshult Gjuteri AB sold to the Bolmgren Family
Skeppshult is a strong Swedish brand known for their frying pans and pots of the highest quality.
The company was founded in 1906 and is today the only manufacturer of household appliances in cast iron in Scandinavia. Michael Nattfogel and Mats Nilsson acquired the company in 2005 through Weibull M&A and after having managed it successfully for five years they decided to sell the business to Thomas Bolmgren with family.
