Weibull M&A has advised the owners of Lås & Larm Aktuellt i Malmö AB, who have signed an agreement to sell all shares in the company to CERTEGO.
Lås & Larm Aktuellt is an established local provider of locking and security solutions in Malmö, with strong customer relationships and an extensive service business.
Founded in 2020, Lås & Larm Aktuellt provides installation, service and advisory services within locks and locking systems, access control and alarms. The company has 30 employees and annual revenue of approximately SEK 75 million. Since its start, Lås & Larm Aktuellt has grown strongly while remaining profitable. The business is built on long-term customer relationships, combining installation with recurring service.
Both founders will continue to work in the company, with Lena Goldmann as Branch Manager and Håkan Olsson as Head of Sales.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals by relevant authorities.
