IP Security Scandinavia has joined Varna
Triton Smaller Mid-Cap Fund announces the formation of Varna, a new Nordic group in perimeter protection and technical security. Varna is formed through partnership with six specialist providers of installation, service and maintenance of physical perimeter protection, access control and surveillance.
Weibull M&A acted as advisor to IP Security Scandinavia in connection with the transaction. IP Security Scandinavia is a highly technical and specialized company focused on installation of IP-based security systems, CCTV, Intercom, ALPR, Access Control and Situational Awareness. As part of Varna, the company retains its operational independence while gaining access to capital, resources and expertise to accelerate its growth.
Varna specializes in the installation, service and maintenance of physical perimeter protection, access control and surveillance for mid and high security sites across public infrastructure, industry and commercial real estate. The group is owned by Triton Partners together with the local entrepreneurs.
