Olsonic gets new majority owners
Olsonic AB is entering a new ownership structure with Anders Åberg and Fredrik Bergmann as majority shareholders.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Olsonic AB is a leading company in the print sector. The company provides printer solutions tailored to customer needs and delivers a market-leading service. Olsonic AB is Sweden’s only HP Ambassador and has been awarded Sweden’s best print supplier on several occasions. In addition, the company is an IT equipment reseller, offering a broad and comprehensive product range.
In connection with the transaction of Olsonic AB, Olsonic Holding AB has been established, through which Anders Åberg and Fredrik Bergmann have become the majority shareholders. Anders Åberg has served as CEO of Sydsvenska Hälsogruppen for more than 20 years and currently holds several board positions within the banking, real estate and non-profit sectors. Fredrik Bergmann has been CEO and owner of Ekotvätt i Varberg AB and was also a co-founder of Fortinova Fastigheter AB, where he currently serves as a board member. The sellers will retain a minority ownership stake in the company.
