Vinga Nordic AB acquires Tocon Markprojektering AB
Vinga Nordic AB strengthens its operations through the acquisition of Tocon Markprojektering AB. The partnership aims to strengthen their position within land planning, surveying and related service areas, offering a broader range of services and an expanded market presence in southern Sweden.

Tocon is a consultancy firm based in Hälssleholm and brings solid technical expertise and an established position within land planning, surveying and setting-out services for land, roads and water and wastewater infrastructure. The acquisition also adds complementary capabilities, increased resources and a broader network within the Vinga Nordic group.
Tocon will continue to operate under its own name, maintaining its culture and management, while benefiting from strengthened support for continued development and growth. The owners of Tocon Markprojektering will become shareholders in Vinga Nordic.
