Addtech acquires Andersson System

Andersson

Weibull M&A was the exclusive sell side advisor when Addtech entered into an agreement to acquire all the shares in Peter Andersson AB (“Andersson System”). The closing took effect on the 2 of April and Andersson System will join the business area Addtech Energy.
