Consolid Equity acquires Håkantorps Däck AB

Consolid Equity, through Road Mobility Services (RMS), expands its operations in southern Sweden with the acquisition of Håkantorps Däck AB. Weibull M&A has acted as advisor to the seller.

RMS strengthens its presence in southern Sweden through the acquisition of Håkantorps Däck, which has workshops in Hässleholm, Staffanstorp, Löddeköpinge, Tomelilla and Åstorp. Håkantorps Däck is a prominent player in the tire industry and has a turnover of just over SEK 85 million. The company was founded in 1929 and today's owner Peter Holmberg joined the company in 1990 and then took over the tire business in 2001. Håkantorps Däck is well known in the industry and has built a strong reputation for its expertise and reliability in tire service, from the small to the large tire.
