Icebound acquires pcSKOG
pcSKOG, a market leader in digital forestry plans, is acquired by Icebound, a wholly owned company of Addnode Group. Icebound strengthens its position in digital solutions for the forestry industry through the acquisition of the SaaS company. pcSKOG's net sales amount to SEK 10 million. Weibull M&A has acted as financial advisor to Giscom AB, the previous owner of pcSKOG, in connection with the transaction.
