Österlen Assistans AB is acquired by NOA Personlig Assistans AB

On July 1st, NOA Personlig Assistans AB acquired Österlen Assistans AB in Kivik from Sölvesborg. Österlen Assistans, founded in 2001 by Göran Löfvall, provides personal assistance services throughout Skåne, primarily in the Österlen region. Weibull M&A served as the advisors to the sellers in the process.

The company has steadily grown over the past 20 years and now has approximately 90 employees and a turnover of over 30 million SEK. Ylva Borg, one of the owners of Österlen Assistans, will continue to work while Göran Löfvall retires.

The ambition behind the acquisition of Österlen Assistans is to offer the best assistance to more people in southern Sweden, according to the owner and CEO, Jerry Håkansson. NOA Personlig Assistans has previously acquired ALOIS Assistans.
