Sigma Civil AB acquired by Norconsult Sverige AB
Norconsult Sweden has signed an agreement to acquire the Swedish consulting company Sigma Civil, which operates in the infrastructure, construction and real estate sectors, Weibull M&A has acted as financial advisor to Danir Group, which owns Sigma Civil.
Sigma Civil with offices in Malmö, Gothenburg, Umeå and Karlstad and125 employees has been acquired by Norconsult Sverige from the Danir Group. The takeover of the company is expected to take place in early February 2025. Norconsult has a stated strategy of Nordic growth and local presence, the acquisition of Sigma Civil is in line with this strategy while broadening the expertise.
