Sydsvenska Hälsogruppen acquires Anderssons HVB AB and Levito AB

Sydsvenska Hälsogruppen AB (SHG) is a privately owned family business and a care provider with strong values. On the first of July SHG acquired all the shares in Anderssons HVB AB and Levito AB. Weibull M&A acted as the sell side advisor in the transaction.

Anderssons HVB AB (“Arlövsgårdens HVB”) offers residential care homes for children and youths with psychosocial disorders. They have a capacity to accommodate 12 clients in Arlövsgården.

Levito AB offers supported housing for fully treated youths between the ages of 16-21 who are ready for their own housing.
