VBG Group acquires Ledson Lights AB i Åstorp
VBG Group, through their Truck & Trailer Equipment division acquires Ledson Lights AB in Åstorp Sweden
Ledson Lights specializes in solutions for modern and sustainable vehicle lighting for different types of vehicles, both in B2B and B2C. The company develops, markets and sells products under its own brand Ledson, where approximately 60 percent of sales are made in the Swedish market and the remaining part in about 15 other countries in Europe.
The VBG Group is an international industrial group with approximately 2 000 employees in 15 countries. The Parent Company VBG Group AB is a long-term owner that provides active management of the Group’s three wholly owned divisions; Truck & Trailer Equipment, Mobile Thermal Solutions and Ringfeder Power Transmission.
The acquisition strengthens Truck & Trailer Equipment's product portfolio, with the company's products for vehicle lighting, they expand with a new product category in accessories and aftermarket. Weibull M&A has acted as financial advisor to Ledson Holding, which was the owner of Ledson Lights.
