AAAAA Nordic is acquired by J2 Sourcing

Weibull M&A was the sell side advisor in the process when J2 Sourcing AB acquired AAAAA Nordic AB

J2 Sourcing with headquarters in Malmö acquires 100% of the shares in AAAAA Nordic AB (5A) in Vellinge. The J2 group makes a first investment with the acquisition of 5A to build up a new business area. The manufacturing industry and contract manufacturers in Europe will be offered shorter lead times and reduced costs. The goal is to offer them an expanded selection of products and suppliers.
