Arbona’s subsidiary Tranova Group strengthens its position in transport technology through the acquisition of Boier Bilverktyg. Boier is based in Värmdö and is a distributor of automotive tools with extensive experience in the industry. The company specializes in hand tools, pneumatic tools, workshop equipment, and special tools, and works with selected suppliers to ensure a high standard and quality of its products. Weibull M&A acted as the seller’s advisor in the transaction.
