CERTEGO acquires Lås & Larm Aktuellt

CERTEGO has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Lås & Larm Aktuellt i Malmö AB, a well-established local provider of locking and security solutions in Malmö.

Founded in 2020, Lås & Larm Aktuellt provides installation, service and advisory services covering locks and locking systems, access control and alarm systems. The company has 30 employees and annual revenue of approximately SEK 75 million. Weibull M&A acted as advisor to Lås & Larm Aktuellt in connection with the transaction.
