INVI AB acquires the Kopparberg based machine manufacturer IMH Machinery AB with subsidiaries. The company is a leading supplier of wooden pallet manufacturing machinery and operates in a global market. Their business concept is to develop, produce and sell hydraulic nailing machinery, which can be quickly reconfigured for the production of various wooden pallet types. Weibull M&A was advisor to the sellers in the transaction.
