Reinsight AB is acquired by Redeploy Group

Weibull M&A acted as advisor to the owners of Reinsight in the sale to Redeploy Group.

Redeploy Group (Redeploy and Evolate) has taken another important step in its journey towards becoming the leading group of innovative public cloud solutions in the Nordics by acquiring Reinsight, a Swedish company specialized in data analysis, business intelligence and AI.

Redeploy and Evolate provide end-to-end cloud services for Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services with a focus on infrastructure, platform, application layer and operations. The group is now expanding its range of public cloud solutions by acquiring Reinsight, a market leader in cloud-based data analytics. Through their combined expertise and innovative approach, the three companies form a powerful group capable of providing their customers with everything they need throughout their cloud journey.

Reinsight is a consulting company specializing in modern cloud data platforms used by customers across the Nordics to enable enterprise-level analytical capabilities to gain deeper insights and make more informed decisions. They offer consulting services, managed services and SaaS platforms within Data & AI and have a documented experience of delivering large and complex projects for customers such as Electrolux, Coop, PostNord and Handelsbanken.
