Wenneker Group acquires Bsmart AB

Wenneker Group acquires all the shares in Bsmart AB. Bsmart AB are specialists in advertising photography, high-quality film production combined with CGI and 3D animation. Weibull M&A was the sell side advisor in the transaction.

Wenneker Group has 115 employees with studios and offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden and has a total turnover of 23 million Euros. Wenneker Group works with a wide range of customers including Philips, McDonald’s and Mojang (Minecraft). The group, which now consists of seven production companies that produce international advertising content, has acquired 100% of the shares in Bsmart AB.
